KGBDeals restaurant voucher warning

We used a KGBdeals voucher for Balti King in Sheffield. The advertisement was £10 to pay for £25 of food between us. In fact the restaurant imposed a £3 service charge (between us) and excluded poppadums and accommpanying chutneys. On a previous visit with a Groupon voucher I asked when booking if the restaurant normally imposed a £3 service charge for two people (which they did that time too) and was told no. On that occasion they didn't exclude poppadums and chutneys. Do people have similar experiences?:(
