Have you seen it

I have the book, the film is on youtube. It is American but I doubt it has little difference to here.

We are not off the UB40 song, One in Ten. That`s a lot of non productive people, oh and before the benefit bashers rear their ugly heads, I am one of those people and sadly miss being able to work. I lost my work due to severe illness and at 62 and a half unlikely to find owt else.

Again people take on debt in good will. If only a mortgage yet that is one heck of a debt. In my case, in 10 years my house " value " increased by nigh on 400%. Madness!

I have young family paying scary amounts for rubbish housing. So what happens if their jobs go?

Well if you do watch it, I advise taking a break during it. I found it sickening and very depressing.

I've re-written this a couple of times.... not sure how it comes across but...
You spend too long focusing on everything that is wrong pobs mate. I don't think wallowing on here with a lot of people who are frankly "nuts" is going to help. I know it must be hard with your agoraphobia but you need to focus on other things. If necessary find something else on the net to occupy your mind rather than this cycle of worry.
    I hope things improve fella.
  • Jonny, you are most likely correct mate. In fact things are improving however slowly. How did you seduce "pobs". I`m intrigued on that score. Seriously, thanks for your kind wishes.

Oh just what you've said about your situation and your writing style. I realised a while ago but didnt see the need to bring it up.
I've only bought it up cos I reckon you should pop in on "nice people thread" as people had been asking after you. They'd like to hear from you fella. I'm pleased things are improving and wish you all the best.

In the USA there are 10 financial lobbyists for every member of Congress. So no wonder nothing every gets passed. As money influences political will.

Herbie, not everyone views success as having something rather than who you are. Are we on the cusp of monumental change? Something I'm beginning to wonder myself.
