hi all, to cut a long story short :-
sold my own house STC, no mortgage left on property.
using all savings to go towards new purchase.
need to borrow £30,000.00 over 15 years to buy new property and
want to pay off extra per month (when i can) to repay earlier(again)
would like a standard repayment mortgage with no early redemption/overpayment fees
preferably cheap or no fee to set up
Been looking around, can't find much, does anyone know of anything worth checking out. Many thanks in advance BB
