can anyone recommend somewhere to get good quality non-stick baking sheets here in n.i.
I keep buying cheap ones but the non-stick coating comes off over time and I end up spending more money as a result. Another example of false economy!
Thanks.

I think they all get wrecked tbh. They live longer if you don't use metal implements and dont scourer them.
My personal choice is for some good solid bakeware and use baking parchment. I like the heavy duty stuff that wont buckle at high temps and will withstand scouring. Mine are at least 15 years old now - maybe older0 -
I usually use a teflon sheet on top of a normal tray. It's lasted for some years now, and shows no sign of giving up.0

That's a "no mess reusable teflon non-stick cooking mat" (catchy name,huh?)0

I've had several non-stick items from QVC's range called Cooks Essentials - you can use metal implements on them and have life-time guarantees. I can't complain about the frying pans or the pressure cookers I've bought so why not have a look and see what they have in stock?
Good Luck!0 -
Poundland had some that lasted much longer than some of the dearer baking sheets I had bought despite the abuse they suffer in our house (especially if hubbie is cooking). I have used some from Wyse Byse and Woodsides that seem to last quite a while also and they weren't dear at all.Norn Iron Club: Member 455
