Cleaning a horrendously horrible oven

My oven's had something spilt and then cooked on - I've tried the "usual" oven cleaners and it gets a bit off but not all of it.

Any ideas for what would work?

Couple of restrictions ..... it needs to be available at Mr A's and doesn't require a lot of elbow grease ..... (recovering from op so can't bend/kneel down to give it a good scrub and can't drive to get anywhere).
