I had that problem with a kfc branch and I said 'look your logo is on the back' the sa looked at it and said 'oh sorry I have never seen these type of vouchers before but as it has our logo we have to accept them even though we are a franchise'I’m a Senior Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Competitions Time, Shopping & Freebies boards, Employment, Jobseeking & Training boards If you need any help on these boards, do let me know. I tried that with the store in Witney, oxfordshire and they refused the vouchers because they where a franchise so had different policies than if they where a "normal" branch. I walked out without buying anything and emailled head office saying how was I as a customer to know if individual sites where a franchise or not and should they not have consistant policies across every site ? They wrote back and said it was up to the individual franchisee as to whether they accepted luncheon vouchers or not , but as a "loyal customer" they offered me a free meal deal next time I was in. So I ended up getting the most expensive thing on the menu for free - and still had the luncheon vouchers to spend somewhere else0 -
I did pinecone surveys for years, as did my OH and dad then it must have been the start of the year they suddenly stopped and I never had another email from them again. We were getting £4 a survey and I notice it's only £3 now.0
