Hi all,
We are moving from a furnished house to an unfurnished one. We decided to buy all our furniture from ikea. Nothing on sale at the moment...do u think it makes sense for us to manage until Christmas? Or just buy now? We are going to spend appx £2000....
Appreciate your thoughts on this please...

Have you looked in store at the damaged section? Sometimes there are bargains hiding there with lite damage. I once got a toddler bed there quite cheap, and it does just fine!0

Dont reckon there will be one before Christmas, was in Wembley last week and they were giving out £15 off your next purchase until 23 December. May well be one Boxing Day or after. Be interested to know if anyone has a definitive line, have a bit of buying to do in there too.0

bumping this thread again,
I prepared a shopping list online (on their website) and I am going to spend £1500 !! Not a single item discounted/on sale. My heart is breaking!
Do you think its worth holding on for a few more weeks to see if they start a christmas sale?
Living without any furniture is going to be a bit of a nightmare, but if it results in substantial savings, we can do it ....0
