Good But Cheap Printer?

Afternoon all ...
My brother would like a printer for his birthday. I'm pretty skint at the moment so can only really spend £30. Have looked around and found various models, but don't know which one is best!
I have been told to avoid Lexmark models (though I am open to my mind being changed!), but otherwise am very grateful for any recommendations!
Thanks in advance x

What ever you buy AVOID LEXMARK and DELL like the plague, unless you like paying $$$ for your ink.....
Stick to HP/Canon/Epson. Top tip, look on https://www.choicestationery.com for the cost of the compatable ink first, then buy the printer. My Mind wanders, if found please return.0
