Whats the maximum term allowed on HSBC Mtgs?

It states 30 years online....but is this the case....it seems low compared to most lenders?

Looks like it is 30 years for repayment, and 25 years for interest only. Can't see them putting this online without it being part of their criteria. Amazed that 30 years could seem low!0 -
i've just been told that they will only allow 10 years on an interest only lifetime tracker.0
