Hi all DFW
I thought I would give everyone an update on how things are going!
Well Sept 2006 I owed 12k...............
We upped our payments from November whilst budgeting tightly to push as much as we could to the debts.
In Nov I also recieved a cheque for £1300 from Natwest and one from Argos for £150 for unfair bank charges I used this to pay what was left of Natwest and the rest for christmas.
I decided to push the budget to the limit this month leaving us with £200 plus £130 Child benefit/Tax Credits and paid a chunk including arrears of my Capitail One Credit Card.
I then used it to pay off one of our default accounts with HFC (£288) and about £300 to live off. Sounds bad BUT I also got myself a job working nights so I can still look after our 9Mth old boy during the day whilst OH is at work. Its only 3 nights and approx £150 per week after tax etc.
This now means that all being well we should be able to pay off everything but 3 'LIVE' creditors by the 1st April (No April Fool!) and the following month well be able to pay off those 3 live ones too!!!
67 Days to GO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Wishing everyone every suceess (including myself)
