I got three carrot creams and two free carrot creams were added to my basket plus i got free delivery and 35% off, my orders been dispatched today and on my delivery confirmation they are only giving me one free carrot cream!!

NabeelaA I don't know why bodyshop record it like that, I've been confused by it before. I think the 'one' refers to how many different types of product you have bought, not how many items they will send, so you don't need to worry HTH :-)

That sometimes happens when you have a love your body card. It sort of over rides other discounts. You can take your LYB number out of your account temporarily to sort it I believe.

I bought 4 x shimmer cubes pallette 19 and 1 x shimmer and sparkle cube earlier for £11.70 and TCB tracked at £1.41! So possible £2.06 each.
