Credit Reports

Hi all,

I have just viewed my credit report online from a new boy on the block

annualcreditreport.co.uk (no charges)

and there is no mention of my bankruptcy Nov05 but a lot of bad marks
through 2006 and into Jan 2007 on some of the accounts closed due to
bankruptcy. I would have assumed that any marking would have stopped
with the bankruptcy in Nov05. Some of my debts have even been listed
as satisified and show zero balances (?).

Does anyone know what happens on these reports ?

I am still waiting for reports from Experian, Callcredit and Equifax, as I
only sent of for them Thursday.

Many thanks

  • I'm not sure how bankruptcy is recorded on credit files, but I bet you all the money you haven't got that your Experian & Equifax reports will be far more detailed. I believe annualcreditreport receive most of their information from Callcredit which is the least used of the "big 3".
