Just checked my H&M account and its showing half my order due for delivery 31st oct-4th nov, the other 2 jumpers 7th-11th nov but says order below minimum value for partial delivery, unfortunately cant be delivered. Ive not ordered from them before... does this mean theyve cancelled my order for the other 2 jumpers (delivery costs more than 2 jumpers) Sorry for sounding thick but does anyone know what i can do? Thanks.

lovesharingbargainsme - you should be able to go into your pending orders and change the delivery into all in one package - you won't get your items until the later date but you should get everything you ordered that way. HTH x

My second order has moved from pending to being processed. First order is still missing from the site so I'm going to assume they killed it off.

Hope someone can help again, Im trying to move 2 jumpers that cannot be delivered because they fall below minimum value, to the other part of my order so will be delivered together but dont know how to move them. Could anyone please tell me how to do this pease. Thanks!! :think::think::think:

Thanks op, just ordered 6 jumpers for 10.34! Both codes worked fine for me...now I need to think who they could be xmas pressies for, or shall I keep hold of them all.... :cool:
