Terms and Conditions of Competition
The prize consists of 1 first prize of a SN26M653GB dishwasher and KG36NSB40 fridge freezer and two runner-up prizes of signed Kelly Hoppen books.
The Competition is open to residents of United Kingdom, aged 18 and over, excluding employees of BSH Home Appliances Limited, their families and agents.
Competition entries must be made on the official on-line Entry Form. Only one entry per household will be accepted for entry into the Competition. No purchase is necessary.
Competition closing time shall be 25th October 2011 at 1900 hours. Entries will not be accepted after that time.
The Competition winner will be drawn at random from all of the correct entries received by the closing time of each week’s Competition.
First prize and runners-up winners will be will be contacted via email, post or phone within 28 days of the draw using the contact details provided on the entry form. If the winner does not acknowledge notification within six months the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw prize entitlement and award the prize to a reserve selected at the same time as the originals.
No cash or other prize alternatives are available. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw the promotion if it deems it necessary to do so due to circumstances outside of its reasonable control.
The prizes include delivery within the United Kingdom but not installation of the appliances or the removal of existing appliances. No cash alternatives are provided.
Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions and to have agreed to be bound by them when entering this competition. The winners may be required to participate in publicity.
The decision of the Promoter will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
The winners' names and counties will be made available upon request by sending a stamped, self addressed envelope to Siemens Home Appliances, Grand Union House, Old Wolverton Road, Wolverton, Milton Keynes, MK12 5PT from 4th October 2011 to 31st December 2011.
