LPG conversion

Can anybody tell me if there are any grants available for converting a vehicle to LPG please?

Cant remember if there are any now but one of the snags I found with any vehicle that runs on LPG is that you cant use Eurotunnel the get to France they will not carrry LPG vehicles.
Probably irrelevant but I thought I would mention it !!!!!

Best advice is to contact the Energy Savings Trust for advice.

I didnt realise that, so I had a look on their site and apparently.....

Conditions for fuel
For your safety and the safety of others, please avoid overfilling your petrol tank.
We regret that LPG and dual powered vehicles cannot be transported by Eurotunnel for safety reasons.

I dont understand why all dual powered cars should be banned really. I presume this extends to the Prius too.
