Advice On An Injury In Work
Paradise
Hello Everyone,
I am writing to ask a bit of advice on behalf of my partner. I'm sorry if this is on the wrong board I wasn't sure where to post it.
Basically about 5 years ago my partner had an injury at work and required an operation on his finger. 3 years ago we made a claim through a compensation lawyer thing. My partner received some money for his accident at work. Without wanting to sound greedy we were slightly disappointed with the sum of money he received for the injury but because times were tough we had no option but to take it.
His finger went white today with the cold and he loses feeling in it and I was just wondering if he had any rights to appeal the money he received and ask for more as he feels a bit hard done by. I hope we are not coming across as thick, stupid and greedy we just need to know if because he took the money 3 years ago its case closed now?
Thanks for reading.
