Hi guys
My local specsavers are trying to convince me that I pay for my lenses every month i.e. this month I should have received a pack for Oct, Nov and Dec and the direct debit payments will be taken to pay for this pack in Oct, Nov and Dec...if that makes sense?
I thought I paid for them in arrears? So the pack sent out in October was already paid for? I am sure I paid a sum for 3 months worth at the beginning and then paid monthly after that.

Indication from this thread is that yes, indeed, Lensmail is paid in arrears https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/21221050

When I started lensmail I received a 3 month pack in October and started paying my first payment at that time. So it was arrears for me as well. I had to pay off the outstanding amount when I moved to Asda opticians.0
