Don't be daft, it's not your fault! Thanks for posting and don't stop just because a company decides not to honour it's own promotion. It could have gone either way and we are all well used to deals not coming off. At least they haven't taken our money like Fortnum and Mason :eek:

Thank you for that comment, I hate it when stuff like that happens. I also ordered some of that toffee, no email zilch as yet but nothing in my f&m account just the postage amount showing. Do you know how long I shold wait before contacting them if no email received thanks.

Check your bank account. if the money has gone, I would e-mail them with your order number and ask for clarification on it's status.
