Hi
Does anyone know of any good 5 year fixed rate buy to let deals (75% LTV) out there at the moment? Thanks

Look further than rates. One lender has a 5 year fixed with a 3.5% arrangement fee, another with no arrangement fee.
Do the sums to make sure any fee is worth it over the period.
