Hi
Fill with rice, add boling water to about an inch above the rice, microwave on full for 5 mins, then stir, and again for 4-5 minutes.
I've got an instruction leaflet for mine but can't post it here as it is a pdf so I have uploaded it for you here

I put rice into the cooker, run it under cold water to get some of the starch out, cover with boiling water, add an extra inch above level of rice and cook on full power for 8 mins. Perfect every time. (very similar to Billywhizz's way).
To use with veg, you only need a little bit of water in the bottom to steam them as the water doesn't evaporate. Timings depend on which veg you are using.
