Oh and for those who don't like or don't usually cook with pork mince (myself included) but like spicy food, try making a thai dish called 'Larb Moo' (recipe link below) it's gorgeous, fiery and delicious and elevates an average ingredient into something very special.

Or for the more daring and those who love a good chinese you could attempt crispy shredded pork, albeit not very healthy. Again another not so healthy one is mince and potato pie, in fact Tesco were selling a cheesy bolognaise lattice when I popped in there today so no shortage of interesting meal suggestions. pfft... What's the problem with using pork mince instead of beef/lamb mince?(unless you don't like pork but then why buy it?)
I use pork mince for meatballs/burgers and even bolognese sauce! I find it even better then beef as is "softer"...

I got two tonight - couldn't get anymore in the freezer. Met my mate in there who had no idea, so told her in true money-saving spirit and she got some too. She was really chuffed!
