Yay they've finally settled!!

Hoorah, thanks to all the advice on here and CAG, i finally got a letter from my banks solicitors this morning saying they're going to pay me the full lot back (£597.84) including the interest and court fee :beer: !!!

However, they've already repaid me £385 a while back, and i've just written to them this week, whilst posting my Allocation Questionnaire, saying i would accept that as part-payment only...so it remains to be seen if they will repay me just the remaining £212.84 or the whole amount :rolleyes: ........
Just want to say good luck everyone, it's a long process, with many trips to the post office (and the internet cafe to print out the letters in my case
) along the way, but DON'T GIVE UP! It's well worth it in the end :T :T
( oh, and don't accept anything but the FULL amount claimed!)
