Hi,
OffersOn is like Loqaux in some ways. We do allow third parties to run competitions through the site, a case in point would be the CompetitionBox competitions - which by the way are entered by someone on their marketing department and not by anyone in-house at OffersOn.
However, unlike Loqaux etc OffersOn also runs in house competitions - iPod touch, Kindles, DVDs, books etc, with a number of winners already listed on our winners roll of honour - visit the footer of the site and click 'Comp Terms' and their is a link to previous winners there.
OffersOn also doesn't spam users. Our Ts & Cs show that previous comp entrants will be emailed about other comps of a similar nature. The site also runs an active FaceBook page which again runs competitions.
I hope this clears up any confusion as to what OffersOn is and how it works.0
