Beef Joint

Hi All, Im looking for some ideas.

I "liberated" a topside of beef from the parents over the weekend and had a lovely roast from it, however it was 2kg in size (yes, I have very good parents) and now I am looking for ideas for what to do with the rest. I have sliced about a third of it (if that) and have enough sandwich meat for 2 weeks.

Any ideas for other meals? Its a little harder as its cooked now.

Cheers fellow MSF'ers

    I've been Money Tipped!
I would either wrap slices or some of joint in puff pastry, making a type of Beef Wellington....
  • Beef in black bean sauce. Now it is cooked I would cheat and get a jar of sauce and cook it up in that, takes next to no time and tastes good!
