Beef Joint

Hi All, Im looking for some ideas.
I "liberated" a topside of beef from the parents over the weekend and had a lovely roast from it, however it was 2kg in size (yes, I have very good parents) and now I am looking for ideas for what to do with the rest. I have sliced about a third of it (if that) and have enough sandwich meat for 2 weeks.
Any ideas for other meals? Its a little harder as its cooked now.

I would either wrap slices or some of joint in puff pastry, making a type of Beef Wellington....0

Beef in black bean sauce. Now it is cooked I would cheat and get a jar of sauce and cook it up in that, takes next to no time and tastes good!What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0
