If you cant get a tap connector insulator and dont want to pay. This is what I do worked for 3 years on trot. I get some bubble wrap and fold it so I have 2/3 layers and wrap around the tap and any exposed pipe it has to cover everything exposed. I then put a plastic bag on it to keep dirt off and put that on and then I use plastic garden wire and wrap that around so it doesn't blow off. I have it on my tap now and easy to take off takes 20 secs top and around 40 secs to put back on.

i haven't received mine yet ordered it around the 19/10/11, i only live down the road from their call centre in bradford. wish it would hurry up
