Dell Outlet is currently giving a discount of £95 before VAT (equivalent to £111 discount) off ALL desktop PCs and laptops, until 25th January.
There are some great deals to be had if you shop around, e.g. 2.8GHz P4 box for less than £200.
Well worth a look if you're after a new desktop PC, although not many cheap laptops on there.
