I just recieved my SAR from them today, couple of statements missing as i had no balance (which is true). However, on the obviously microfiched statements, although I can see I have exceeded my limit, sometimes by only a few quid, I cant see any charges added - seems strange as my minium payment requests were quite high in the given months. I have counted up quickly going through and can see £250 of charges, though im sure, given the number of times i exceeded the limit/paid a dau late there should be more.
So, suppose question is, can these charges go "missing" from statements, or has anyone had a similar problem?
Also, if someone could PM me the interest calculator link I'd be grateful (had a quick look and cant find it)

Interesting, but pointless, fact: HFC was originally the Household Finance Corporation in the US, & they were part of the same company that produced Thermos flasks!0
