Best place for cheap booze?

I am having a Halloween party and need some cheap alcohol. I've been looking at Tesco and Asda through mysupermarket and so far Asda does more varieties of cheap spirits.
I was wondering though, is it worth making the trip to places like Morrisons ? I need a variety - for example, Asda do three flavours of corky's shots which are only a fiver a bottle - but I don't shop anywhere but Tesco very often, so I'm not sure whether it's even worth looking.
Are there any good places for really cheap alcohol?

Aldi seem to sell some pretty comparable spirits, although I've never tried them myself. I get a lot of wine from B&M Bargains, they sell nice brands like Wolf Blass at around £4 or £5 a bottle.Don't Throw Food Away Challenge January 2012 - £0.17 / £10
Grocery Challenge 16th Jan - 19th Feb 2012 - £254.72/£200 (Ooops very bad start)
Grocery Challenge 20th Feb - 8th March 2012 - £0/£2000 -
Definitely try Aldi, they have a good selection. Particularly their own version of 'brands' (i.e. their own Pimms etc), are good value.
I would perhaps provide a little selection though and ask people to bring their own booze.0 -
Try aldi or lidi or even iceland, depends on how much you spend(not just on booze but food too) as you could get it delivered by iceland if you have a store who deliver.0

Morrissons is so cheap at the moment. They have half price wines and cider for under £2 per bottle. I was pretty amazed when I had a look. Bargain booze is supposed to be cheap, but i dont think they are as cheap as they make out to be. Some supermarkets do 3 bottle of wine for £10. Or you can by kegs and wine boxes from ASDA which are cheap. Iceland also do cheap wine and beer too. Not ure it would be the quality of tesco, morissons or ASDA though.0

Home Bargains are pretty good for alcohol, if you have one near. Wine, beer and alcopops usually.
I would suggest making an alcoholic punch, as that is a good way of sneeking in some cheap booze (LIDL\ALDI) that tastes good! Put some jelly spiders in it, and enjoy!!!!0
