95% Mortgage?

I'm after a 95% ltv mortgage, need to Borrow £100k. Looking to keep upfront costs to a minimum, any help would be really appreciated.

Skipton Building Society.
Nottingham Building Society.
Expect to pay a lot for it.
I'd suggesst saving 10%+ and enough for up front costs. It will save you thousands in interest.0 -
Cheers for the reply. The repayments aren't an issue, just short term don't have much cash for the deposit. Got a couple of IFA's lined up so hopefully can get something sorted.

You will have to pass their inhouse credit scores for a 95% deal, so dont hold your breath, your credit file even if it is 999 does not mean a thing. Good Luck though.I am a Mortgage Advisor.
