I am so !!!!in proud of myself this morning. I was up at 0645, fed cat, kicked cat out (not literally although he thinks he is TC!), had coffee and ciggie, ran TD for 10 minutes to warm up school clothes for kids, woke DD2 as her bedroom next to kitchen, handed her nice warm clothes for school, went upstairs and woke DD1 giving her warm school clothes as well. Went to little girls room, got washed and ready for work myself, back downstairs to brush DD1 and DD2's hair and get their schoolbags, loaded WM and DW, switched both on, got hats, scarfs and gloves on said DDs and got them in car, dropped off at breakfast club at 0815 (bang on time!) and was at work by 0845 despite the pea soup that was the fog we have had for 3 days in a row. I felt like superwoman till FOH decided to let me know, as I was leaving bedroom for last time today that he starts work at 1400. So had to make begging phone call to mummy asking favour. They are now having DDs till I can get home from work.
To heck with it, I am superwoman this day, but refuse point blank to wear my knickers over my tights. One, in this weather I'll get a chill, and two, it would scare the bejesus out of the natives lol.
Am having a good day today and long may it continue.!!!!!!!!!LBM - August 2008 - Debts then - £33390 - 2nd LBM - November 2009 - Debts then - £18500:mad:

Glad you had a good day, the weather sounds quite similar to down here - seems to have been nothing but fog for the last week, which is just horrid, am just really glad I don't have to drive too much at the moment.
Anyway you are a superwoman all the time! Your OH just doesn't realise how flippin lucky he is, and am sure your DD's appreciate it in the way that children do (y'know the one that makes you feel completely taken for granted).
It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.

Thanks hun, I would have to say my girls are proper great ones. They have a knack of making me smile at the best moments. Today DD2 was having a chippie at my mums after drama class cos DD1 had to stay till 8pm so we had some nana and granda time and she was hilarious. Kept telling my mum "i have the bestest mummy cos she makes my clothes smell nice" ... then giving my mum a head massage ... we were crying with laughter. And DD1 just comes up randomly and says you are the best and i love you millions ... they proper know how to cheer me up.. Anyhoo FOH has booked tickets to tomorrow nights showing of the new twilight movie ... managed to get the 11pm showing so he has to get a babysitter or I will take his card and go myself! I think he is trying to make an effort but its not really making me feel any better but will grin and bear it! He has paid me half of the kids school photo money, and has agreed to pay £35 on monday for 2 weeks of school dinners! Dunno what is coming over him, usually complains he can't afford anything! Am off to bed now (FOH is on sofa ... not moving him cos i get the big bed to myself and I like it that way just now) ... off work tomorrow to go to hospital in the afternoon to see the gynae (if that's how you spell it!) as my last smear test showed "changes" whatever that may be. So fingers crossed its nothing sinister and I shall report back tomorrow! See you later xxxxLBM - August 2008 - Debts then - £33390 - 2nd LBM - November 2009 - Debts then - £18500:mad:

Fingers crossed for you Bonsi, I hate gynae visits although so far there's been nothing to worry about for me.

Fanks huni, yeah he trying my patience lol, just needs to try harder. Well the hospital came and went. There were unusual cells so they have been removed. Not a nice thing but they is gone. The cells are off for testing but best to get rid. will find out in about a week or so. Feel like i've been kicked in that area. On a not very MSE night. OH took me to the flix to see the new twilight film. He is also taking DD1 as she got star of the week at school, and had hot chocolate with cream and marshmallows with the head teacher as a reward ... so she is getting to go to the flix with her dad as a reward. About time ... he needs to spend more time with her one to one as she is 9 now and notices a lot more than she lets on to him. She will talk to me about everything but wont talk to her dad. I can talk to my dad about anything (well almost lol) so she needs to get this relationship with him.
I'm off to bed ... dead tired after today and need to rest. Nighty night xLBM - August 2008 - Debts then - £33390 - 2nd LBM - November 2009 - Debts then - £18500:mad:

Well it's saturday and i have done !!!! all this morning!!!!! Although the postie came with 2 freebies for me. I got a small sample size bottle of vosene kids shampoo and an eaga energy monitor so i am one happy freebie bunny. I will start using the energy monitor at the start of december as my electric and gas go on standard tarriff then. We were on a tarriff for people on a low wage but the westminster government in their wisdom have scrapped it! grrrrrrrrrr!
So I have super cheap electric and gas for the rest of this month and i'm going to make the most of it. The TD will be working overtime to get everything dried as I have a serious laundry mountain in the house and have to get a grip of that.
Hospital wise, still feeling tender downstairs but the doc said this would be the case for a couple of weeks while it all heals up. Feels rather like I have been kicked where it hurts really hard!
Am so looking forward to DD1 going to the flix and I'm off to the bingo tonight. Not very MSE but I don't get out very often and bingo is always a chance of winning big! I can dream!!!!!LBM - August 2008 - Debts then - £33390 - 2nd LBM - November 2009 - Debts then - £18500:mad:

Well my fingers will remain crossed that the cells are nothing more to worry about than an (almost) literal pain in the bum.
Well done to DD1 for being the Star too. If you don't occasionally let your hair down the whole debt busting thing will probably push you over the edge so enjoy your bingo night, and hope you get a nice win.
Apparently our new house has a washer/dryer so I need to see about deactivating the dryer button - think black nasty should at least hide it from the boy - so we don't get used to using it, although I cannot wait to actually have outside space to dry clothes in, at the moment everything being in the flat is driving me potty, although thankfully it doesn't seem to be making the place damp. It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.

Ohh hope its something lovely for you.
I'm good, just tired, dearly beloved got home just before 1am and woke me up which I was distinctly unimpressed by given I have to leave home at 6.15 to be at work on time! Just getting some of the jobs I keep putting off done, like about to go down to the carpark and change the bulb in one of my headlights since the boy took the screwdriver with him last week. Need to go for a run in a little while but other than that just need to enjoy my afternoon. It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.

Back from mam and dads. My mate has called off so no bingo so may take kids to morrisons for my £40 shop! Gotta be done and if I can do it without FOH sticking his nose in I will be a happy bunny lol. The package was another bottle of vosene kids. Tis handy having my parentals living close by as I go and order two of every freebie, one for my address and one for theirs. Also helps when you have two email addy's lol. I have been known to order 3 for my house using mine and the kids emails then another 1 for my mums using my other email and getting 4 of everything. I did that when the free sim thing was going then flogged them all on fleabay for 50p each! Made a tidy sum which i promptly spent on wool but everyone got lovely scarfs for christmas which they all loved and it cost me nowt! mmm giving myself ideas here lol.
I am planning to make gift baskets for the kids teachers for next christmas and fill them full of free samples of stuff. So basically all the pressies will cost is the price of a wee basket and some wrapping and ribbon ... but if I can get them either free or seriously cheap I will be a happy bunny. May just have to see if I can't do that for a few baskets for my pals as well. I know my bestest pal (the one who cried off bingo tonight) would love something like that.
Oh to heck with it ... am off to source some serious freebies!!!!! I think I will start with baby stuff as my cousin is pregnant with her first and I so love baby freebies! She lives in England so may just have to get a seriously big box for all the stuff I'm gonna get her!
Am off to finish the tea ... see you later xLBM - August 2008 - Debts then - £33390 - 2nd LBM - November 2009 - Debts then - £18500:mad:
