just one Q - what the hell is whoohoo bingo ????

Its a free bingo site, you play using on site points which you can eventually redeem for gift vouchers.

Hi Paul, like scuba said its a free bingo site, you get points every day, use them to play the games, win stars and trade the stars for stuff like amazon vouchers (my favourites!)
Maybe its an Army thing. I have 4 electrics and an accoustic. They would be the LAST things I let go. Id sell the TV first !!!

That's probly why he was reluctant although the TV would be the last thing he would get rid of:rotfl:

well I have a small victory ... I have the time off to go to england for my aunty's funeral ... now on to getting a decent cheap travel deal for me and my dad. gonna go through quidco for cashback and go through national express ... can get the two of us return tickets for the princely sum of £60! and that is not per person its the total price!!!!! cheapest deal I can find so going to go with it considering taking the car would cost £150 in petrol alone

Have to wait till OH home from work tho ... he's the one with the debit card that I can use lol

Hee hee have been thinking about Paul's post about it being an "army thing" lol

I think you are right mate ... OH has loads of kit that he bought when serving still lying round the house ... but he has finally agreed to get rid of that too ... waiting for another free listing day on ebay to list it as it's worth a lot more than 99p!!!!! I mean we have full mess dress ... never worn and it cost us £800!!!! It's been hanging in the wardrobe never getting touched ... so it's getting ebayed asap ... although I may put it on BFG bay instead as I have heard that you have more chance of getting the price you want on there!

Anyhow ... best get on with loading the DW and WM and checking the TD ... been pi$$ing it down all day up here so no chance of getting any washing on the line ... and with the 2 kids on second week of hols ... i have a laundry mountain!!!!!!!

Don't even talk about 'Army kit' that they won't get rid of - we've a reasonable sized two bed flat for just the two of us, but half the living room and the entire spare room is filled with buckshee kit which is all the C95 pattern and he's been issued the new stuff now so we're acquiring even more.

He's been told to sort out what I can ebay and what he's going to bin asap before I burn/sell the lot. I'd def use BFGbay for the mess dress though.

I know how you feel hun!!!! I think that they view the stuff like some kind of security blanket!

I think I will use BFGbay as I've more chance of getting a decent price for the mess dress ... last time i put it on ebay i got offered £50 and they wanted free postage!!! needless to say they got told where to go (politely of course) considering it would cost me £50 to post it securely!!!!

Am off to bed now ... docs appointment in the morning for more blood tests (starting to feel like a blooming pin cushion now) .. see you all later xxxx

Well today turned into mega-spend day today ... although most of it is covered by the penny jars!!!! Got DD1 a new pair of winter boots before the weather turns ... just got DD2 to do tomorrow ... then splurged on wool to make some lovely pretty scarves for DDs for christmas ... gonna make my mummy one too!!!!

My mum gave me £17 towards the kids shoes/boots and DD1 cost £15 so really they cost me nothing ... DD2's will be paid from the penny jars ... I know I have £60 in 20p pieces ... so must have almost £100!!!!! but gonna make OH pay a debt with it!!!!!

He is going to buy a new Fridge Freezer for me as our current one is on the way out (boo)!

    See you all soon xxxx
