Cash in Endowment or wait

I've been offered 47K against an original target figure of 80K, this would leave me with shortfall of 6K(I reduced mortgage over the years) I have 4 years left to pay so should I wait until it matures and hope it raises the shortfall or cash in and save the payments which will be £7680 but might mean I miss out on any future bonus's.
