I wanted to buy one but I have no idea which works best. Reviews everywhere and now I'm so confused.
I wanted one that works well because I had an old one and it hurt like hell and just cut the hair after a while Wasn't great. So was put off
Any that work well on fine hair? And corse hair too. If there's one that works best for both then great I don't mind if I have to buy 2 if they're decent priced as my sister will be splitting costs
Also I don't want one that crazy expensive just something that actually works
Also is it true I can return epilators to boots if I find it doesn't work. I've seen people returning a lot of laser removals etc but wondering if the same went for epilators
Thank you!

I have been thinking about buying an epilator too.I looked at them in Boots yesterday and some of them were over £150  There is no way I want to spend that much money.0

Well I'm happy with my Braun silk epil. Does the job on legs and underarms and came with a cool pack ( never used it) and a couple of heads, a beginner one to ease you in gently and a more hardcore but much quicker one.
I've had mine a few years now but it was on a half price offer at about £30 or so.0 -
I've been wondering about this too. I'd like one to use on the bikini line area but I'm not sure which one would be best.0

I have a Braun Silk epil Wet and Dry. This one:http://www.amazon.co.uk/Braun-Silk-%C3%A9pil-Xpressive-Rechargeable-Epilator/dp/B001NXCMZE/ref=sr_1_10?ie=UTF8&qid=1320081942&sr=8-10
Costs about £100 usually but occassionally goes on offer places for anyway down to £65. Bought it to replace my first epilator, and it is a million % better! The light on the front really helps spot those pesky little hairs that you miss otherwise. It works well with my finer leg hairs, and coarser underarm hairs. Very helpful that it is chargeable, so you can get into silly positions to reach awkward places without getting tangled in cable, and i would say that epilating my underarms in the shower seems to be less painful than out of water. If you use the trimmer/shaver function on longer hairs first, then it helps considerably with the epilation results.
It comes with a starter head, as well as a bikini line cover, that narrows the active epilation area to avoid pinching "sensitive bits".Married 13/03/10 #1 DD born 13/01/12!!
