Hey Gokuaiba not sure if there's anything else you wanted to add to that?
The letters PPR below the signature indicate Posting Priviledges Removed ....... so there will be no response?

Well I've just received the tax return paperwork in the post for 2006-7, 2007-8, and 2008-9.
I think I'll need to phone up tomorrow for some help with the 2006-7 one because it isn't obvious where the information about rental income is supposed to go.
I'm really pleased that this is getting sorted out so quickly - hopefully I'll have these filled out and sent away by the end of the week!:cheesy: Nationwide Overdraft: [STRIKE]Mar: -£2300[/STRIKE] Oct: 0!!!

There is a Property Income section, Nichanna. If they have not sent this to you, post that up and I can either e-mail you them (as I've submitted a few of these lately) or try to find the link for you on the HMRC site.Hideous Muddles from Right Charlies0

Right I got on the phone to HMRC again and turns out I just didn't notice the bit where it asks me about the rental income ... am getting these done and sending them off.
I wish I still had old employment records from that time, because I think they would owe me tax from 2006. I moved out of the country partway through tax year 2006/7 and didn't come back til tax year 2008/9.
Anything that can be done there?:cheesy: Nationwide Overdraft: [STRIKE]Mar: -£2300[/STRIKE] Oct: 0!!!

Ok I finally managed to fill in the tax returns I got sent for 2006/7, 2007/8 and 2008/9. They sent me the employment sections for those years too.
I thought I would be able to claim for overpaid income tax in 2 of those years but I don't think I have all the p60s etc that I would need so am just going to leave it.
Just going to wait for the verdict of how much I owe - hope I find out quick! Will let you guys know!:cheesy: Nationwide Overdraft: [STRIKE]Mar: -£2300[/STRIKE] Oct: 0!!!

So ...
I had posted away the tax returns and have recently been sent them all back with a note saying I haven't filled them in right.
Also in the note it suggested that I fill them out online. So I registered online and waited for the activation codes to come through. Turns out I can't do them online though, after a bit of to-and-froing on the customer-service line, because I've been non-resident.
So ... getting the forms sent out to me again and will have to concentrate VERY hard and fill them in right. There is an HMRC office down the road from me - do you think I would be able to go there with the forms in hand and make them help me??:cheesy: Nationwide Overdraft: [STRIKE]Mar: -£2300[/STRIKE] Oct: 0!!!

Did they they say which bits were not filled in correctly?
The "Notes" you also get sent are usually quite good, but you may get more help if you come back here.
Local office might be able to help, you can but ask, may need to make an appointment. Also, is there not a helpline phone number?0 -
Update:
Submitted the forms again on 14 February - haven't heard anything back yet ... am scared of getting a huge bill! eeeek!:cheesy: Nationwide Overdraft: [STRIKE]Mar: -£2300[/STRIKE] Oct: 0!!!

Well after saying that I hadn't heard anything back, I got 2 letters yesterday ... so far the result is ...
2006/7 - No calculation given yet
2007/8 - £63 owed
2008/9 - Nothing owed
Good so far then ... will keep you posted!:cheesy: Nationwide Overdraft: [STRIKE]Mar: -£2300[/STRIKE] Oct: 0!!!
