The following Terms and Conditions apply to Austria Zell am See Kaprun competition:
1. The competition opens on 1 September and the closing date is 31 October 2011. No online entries shall be accepted after the closing date. Postal entries must be in by Thursday 27 October 2011. Entries are limited to one entry per person. Third party or bulk entries will not be accepted and illegible or altered entries or those not in accordance with the entry instructions are invalid.
2. The Competition is open to persons aged 18 or over, who are residents of the United Kingdom. The Competition is specifically closed to employees of That’s Austria and Cotswold Outdoor, any associated companies, and their families.
3. This prize involves a 3 day ski pass, the winner and guest must need to be a competent skier
4. NO PURCHASE OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO TAKE PART IN THIS COMPETITION.


Trip includes:
Prize is for 2 people
Return flights and transfer
4 nights in Zell am Ski-Kaprun in 4 star accommodations and Half Board
The prize is non-transferable and the winner must be of a suitable standard to partake in the Holiday
Trip must be taken by 31 March 2012 and is subject to availability.
5. The winner will be drawn at random from all entries received. The winner of the prize will be the first valid entry to be drawn at random. The winner will be notified of their success by telephone, email or post within 31 days of the closing date. The winner must claim their prize within 31 days of being notified
6. The draw will be made by an independent person and the Promoter’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into. The winners agree to take part in post-Competition publicity at the request of Cotswold Outdoor
7. The prizes may be altered or varied at the Promoter’s sole discretion and substituted with prizes which, in the Promoter’s sole opinion, are suitable alternatives. All prizes are subject to availability. No cash alternative is available and the prizes are non-transferable.
8. The winners’ name and county will be made available after the closing date to those sending a stamped addressed envelope marked “Zell am Ski – Kaprun Cotswold Competition” to the address set out below:
