Evening Boult - all ready for Christmas now? All the baking done?

At least the shops are shut now so we can't buy anything else so we all have to settle with what we've got

I went along to Mr T's around 4/5 pm and got lots of cakes, prawns, and buffet stuff reduced but had to re-arrange my freezer to fit it all in as it was already packed :eek: I also got my Christmas treat of a bottle of Bushm!lls Irish Whiskey :j :j and Bells Whisky for Alan, from the gift card my Sis sent down for me

Yes all baking is done, Bro turned up today instead of tomorw[sp?] and has done serouse damage to the mince pie's pile:eek: and not so miner damage to the cherry scone's

And I'v started on the wine:rotfl:

Hope everyone is having a lovely day and is feeling very full with all their Christmas dinner and pud or whatever they have been eating. So far today, we have had Mr T finest Pork & Apple sausage glitched sarnies for breakfast, walnut & cherry cake made by Linda with ice cream, 2 danish pastries whoopsied and have just had fresh cream trifle whoopsied

So no proper food for us so far, and Alan doesn't actually feel like eating a dinner, so we are just going to have buffet-type food later - pork pies, mini buffet bits, savaloys, mini croquettes, spicy chicken bits, pasta salad ............... all whoopsied of course We'll have our dinner tomorrow

Alan is in as much pain as he was at the beginning, almost 3 weeks ago so not much fun for him

Poor Alan, hope he feel's better soon, and your buffet tea sound's nice, I'm pogged after the beef and yorkshire pud and struggerling to stay awake.
