Stay interest only or change to repayment?

I would like some advice please.....
I have £150K mortgage.
£30K is interest only (with poor-performing endowments), £120K on repayment.
As the endowments are not going to clear the full £30K, should I convert this amount to repayment too - or just try and overpay to cover the shortfall?
Thanks
