Ive just emailed them too about my missing evoucher .
M & S used to be so reliable , now Im not so sure about them .
I couldnt find my order anywhere on my account either , but I have got the order details by trawling thru my inbox .

My husband phoned them today and they're emailing us a new confirmation which is a relief. Apparently our order is too close to the threshold (£64) the reason why they won't send us a £5 voucher is because they might only sell us a small turkey on the day and then we're not over the minimum!

Placed my order for £10 at 10am on 19th October. I thought from supersally01's post that M&S had agreed to honour orders below the £60 placed before 5pm on that day. Re-reading it I'm not sure which day is "today" & I can't find the original MSE e-mail link. I've rung M&S 3 times now & they are saying they are not honouring any after the 15th October which is when they say they changed the T &C s on the website. Anyone else in the same situation?

Hi, I'm a newbie (been lurking for a while!) so please be kind. I'm in the same situation. I placed an order at ~12.45pm on 19th October for £33 (Free Range Xmas Turkey!). No voucher sent. Have e-mailed on 1st December and received no reply. I was sure the T&C were the same when I placed my order but a bit dissapointed M&S haven't responded to clarify.

(and if you look through this thread, people are posting on the 17th October that they have checked and there is no minimum order amount mentioned in the T&C, so I wonder if M&S are being a little 'flexible' about the day they added the £60 minimum spend! as they're stating it was changed on the 15th).
Can MSE confirm for us when they received the statement from M&S please??
