would it work if i pureed garlic bulbs poss with some olive oil poss with some salt and then froze it? possibly into small icecube lumps?
its sprouting quite a bit atm (even the bulbs I bought today from the market) so storing in my garlic bag isn't as effective as usual!
or even someway to prepare and keep in the fridge? like those jars called lazy/ easy ready chopped garlic/ ginger/etc
thanks in advance!

I remember buying frozen chopped garlic a while back, so guess that you might be able to just freeze without anything being done to it.
I'd probably just strip it down to the cloves and throw them in, or chop it and open freeze it on a tray, putting into a container after it's frozen so it's ready to use.

Asda used to sell frozen garlic, which was chopped in olive oil and then frozen in one clove size portions. It was really handy - but they've not stocked it in my local for ages now.Only 5% of those who can give blood, actually do!

If you puree the garlic cut the cloves in half lengthwise and remove the green middle bit. This can make the garlic bitter,'You can't change the past, you can only change the future' Gary Boulet.
