Want to buy a Fixed Price house at £75k which I have spotted
Got permanent job
FTB
Got 7k saved
Live in Scotland
Not interested in an interest only, I would like to pay off any mortgage I get.
What is the next step?
Do I view the house first?
Should I go to bank to see about my ability to get mortgage?
