You also need a barcode from the wine to enter this. Are they unique or can you reuse one?

If it's the barcode that gets scanned at the supermarket then they are not unique for each bottle but are unique for each type of wine.

The question asks though for what it says on the back label of the Oxford Landing Sauvignon Blanc though, this is the blurb on a write up about the wine but can anyone confirm that this is also what it says on the back of the bottle?

Yes but the write up also says

"
Oxford Landing Estates Sauvignon Blanc
2011 has lifted aromas of gooseberry and fresh cut pineapple with herbaceous nettle notes."

What we really need to know is exactly what it says on the back of the bottle.
