where does it asks for address?

Ash, you need to do the skin survey, fill in name and e-mail, then click "get results" which takes you to the next page. You fill your address details in at the top of that page )

I did this before and have never received anything. I gave it another go but just got emailed the results. Didn't see where it said I would get free sample.

I got three free sample sachets last time, nice stuff, have applied again for mum, just type in your email address, answer the questions about your skin on the 'face' diagram with dropdown boxes, click 'get results' and there's a form to put in your postal address, hope this helps xx they also email your result and 'core regimen' they will send you samples according to your skintype results xxx

I've just filled in the survey and my details, but on the "My Results" page there is no link to any samples, or anywhere to fill in my address details.
