Hi I am not sure if I have put this on the right thread, but here go's.
I have been using this bread mix for a long time now and it has always been very successfull making a large loaf with a very good texture as we like granary bread. I use it during the week to save time in my bread machine and make my own bread sometimes at the weekend. They have recentely issued a new pack and it is marked New Improved recipe and they have reduced the amount of water from 350ml to 320 ml. When I make it now it doesn't rise properly and only makes a half size loaf. I have tried it using both water measurements, but still no sucess. I have contacted their customer service department and they said they didn't know the recipe had changed. Has any one else experienced this problem? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
