Did anyone receive the Molton brown? I tried to contact the company. One link doesn't work and then on the other they refer you to the publisher.

I contacted Conde Nast the publisher and was told the gift was out of stock. I was offered an alternative gift a Jnae Packer perfume I think as I told them I had a screen shot when it said 750 left and it was still in stock several days later. Hi - I received my Molton Brown a couple of weeks ago but only after firstly contacting the magazine group who then told me to contact [EMAIL="condenast@subscription.co.uk"]condenast@subscription.co.uk[/EMAIL] or telephone 0844 848 2851. I sent an email and a reply came from them a day later:

Dear X

Thank you for your recent email.

I am extremely sorry to read your gift has not been received and confirm I have arranged for a replacement to be despatched. Please allow up to 28 days for receipt.

Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any further queries.

And my Seamoss Molton Brown turned up about a week later! I think they were all hoping that we'd forgotten about it!:o
