boots points query help needed please!

Hiya I ordered a lot of dtuff online from boots over xmas and the sales then went and spent the points instore in the sale - so far fo good but then had to return a biggish item as it was the wrong one. I note today online my boints points total has gone to a negative no (just be a 100 or so)
Is this a problem? if i get points instore will they not ba added to my account but deducted? anyone know?

Sorry, I have never heard of it going into a negative....strange. I have returned stuff in the past and they have never taken my points back....so sorry I don't know.
