I saw this: T&C: By entering into the Competition you agree to abide by the following rules:- The winner will be announced on Jan. 6th on the Teva UK facebook page. The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Winner must confirm ability to take part by January 13th, 2012 in order to participate. There is no cash alternative and none of the prizes are transferable. Entries must be submitted by an individual (not via any agency or similar) and, unless otherwise stated, are limited to one per household. Competitions are subject to the privacy policy and your details will not be offered to any third party. This is a free competition and you can enter free by clicking on the submit button.

All entries become the property of Promoter. They will not be returned or acknowledged. Promoter is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, mutilated, illegible or incomplete entries. Entries are void if they are in whole or in part illegible, incomplete, damaged, irregular, altered, counterfeit, produced in error, or obtained through fraud or theft. By entering you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Entries will be declared made by the authorised account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorised account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organisation (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.
To be a valid entry, the Teva House winner must be available to travel February 20, 2012 through February 27, 2012.

PRIZE

One (1) Teva House Fiji winner will be selected. The Teva House winner must be available to travel February 20, 2012 through February 27, 2012. The Teva House Fiji prize will consist of two (2) roundtrip coach class commercial airfares from winner’s nearest major airport to Nadi, Fiji (estimated value of £2,000 GBP); transportation in Fiji for two people, including inter-island flight to Savusavu (estimated value of £450 GBP); two (2) nights garden view lodging at the Uprising Beach Resort for two people double occupancy (estimated value of £300 GBP), one (1) day OARS river trip down the Upper Navua river for two people (estimated value of £250 GBP); a 7-night all inclusive Tui Tai expedition cruise for two people, double occupancy from (estimated value of £6,000 GBP); two (2) pairs of Teva shoes each for winner and their guest (estimated retail value of £250 GBP) and two (2) Teva “swagbags” (estimated value of £130 GBP). Approximate Retail Value of Teva House Fiji prize is £9,500.00 GBP. Actual retail value may vary based on location of Teva House Fiji winner's residence and other variables. Winner and guest must travel from winner’s location on the same dates and on the same itinerary as solely determined by Sponsor. Any difference between approximate retail value and actual retail value will not be awarded. No prize transfer, assignment, or substitution by Teva House Fiji winner permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded. Winner is responsible for any and all local, state and/or federal taxes, as well as any other costs and expenses not specified herein as being awarded, including, without limitation, passport or visa fees, vaccination certificates, gratuities, shop purchases, incidentals, telephone calls or other personal expenses or charges incurred.
Winner and guest are responsible for obtaining travel insurance (and all other forms of insurance) at their option and hereby acknowledge that Sponsor has not and will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance.
