Hacked Hotmail Account!

Hello All,

Our hotmail account has been hacked Into. The password and security questions were all very hard for anyone to hack Into so i very much doubt the hackers have hacked into our account this way.

I know who has hacked into my account, it is this kid from college - messages are appearing as read and being deleted. I've changed the password again and security question but they are still able to get into my account!

could be they have a keylogger running on the pc you use ??

Have you check the alternate address?

1. Sign in to Account Services (https://login.live.com/ppsecure/secure.srf?lc=2057&id=9&ru=https://accountservices.msn.com/default.srf%3Fvv%3D450%26lc%3D2057&tw=1200&fs=1&kv=9&ct=1169402381&ems=1&seclog=10&ver=4.500.6241.0&tpf=fa6bd0d0a5573261c3516a658ccafe45).
2. Click Credentials, and then click Add or change your alternate e-mail address.
3. Type your password, and then type and confirm your alternate e-mail address.
4. Click Continue, and then click Done.

Regardless of your password and questions, if they have put their email address here, then they can keep getting it all reset.

Just change this to another email address, although another hotmail, or yahoo address is probably not a good idea, or you can just delete it.

I have checked and they have not added an alternative email in there.

The email was hacked at college, Ive looked into it and apparently if you dont click sign out on hotmail.com then the cookie remains on the network or something.
