I second that. I have this and another book by her, "bread Machines & Beyond". I tend to use the "....& Beyond" book more now as I love making ciabatta, sourdoughs etc, and this has those sorts of recipes in.0 -

My breadmaker (Panny 253 ) says it is designed to operate at temps between 20 C and 25C, well my kitchen is nothing like that at night ( or even most of the day )0
