ive got a code for zavvi.com from a box of chocolate matchsticks (the ones that come out christmas ) and i have absolutly no idea where to put it

All you have to do is add an item to your basket on zavvi.com and in the voucher box submit your code,remembering to include the hyphens.Hey presto discount is applied!

Big Warned not as good as seems

I had 5 x £2 vouchers and 2 X £ 5 for Zavi
(whole family collected them) placed orders for 5 x £1.99 books for daughter, and paid extra bit using £5 vouchers for cd's. All book orders got canx, after the confirmed and gave a dispatch note!!

Reckon they realised they should have put minimum spend on it!!

Me too - apparently there was an issue with the paypal payment, so order for £2.79 (so 79p to pay) cancelled. :mad:

Strangely seemed OK for everything purchase using paypal on ebay this week.

I have an exisiting games pre-order with them and am tempted to cancel it now.

Not impressed with Zavvi, but I enjoyed the Matchmakers!

Has anyone had any success using the vouchers?

I placed my orders a week ago and they are still stuck on processing. Getting a bit fed up as they are meant to be presents, so if my orders are going to get cancelled then I need to order replacements from elsewhere!

I'd say hang in there for a few more days as it may just be a temporary problem/delay.

Sorry to go off topic but did you have to pay delivery with IWWOT? I had a quick look and couldn't find anything under £6 or £7, so didn't think it was worth using my £2 IWWOT vouchers?

I bought matchmakers today and can not for the life of me find where the voucher is, please someone help me.:)
