Help Needed With Gaining Credit

I have a credit score of 570 (according to garlik.com)
I have 1 mess up on my account, which is down to a dispute with a vodafone contract.
Thats the only bad thing on my account. Im 19 but i cant get credit. My partner has a lower credit score than me which is entirely my partners fault. We need a loan to help us move into another rented house. I cant even get a provident loan. Ive paid £50 to another lender who then refused me and kept my money.

Can someone please offer me some advice
